Hendersonville Christmas Parade
Celebrating Community and Connection
There's something magical about coming together as a community during the holiday season—and on December 7th, Women Supporting Women in Middle TN had the joy of experiencing that magic firsthand at the HolidayFest: 2025 Hendersonville Christmas Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony.
A Labor of Love on Wheels
Thanks to our incredible sponsors and dedicated volunteers, we created a beautiful float that represented everything we stand for: community, support, and the strength we find in one another. From the planning stages to the final touches of tinsel and lights, every detail was carefully crafted by women who believe in our mission.
Our volunteers bundled up against the December chill and walked alongside our float, spreading holiday cheer and handing out candy to those lining the parade route. The smiles on their faces—and yours—reminded us why we do what we do.
The Real Prize: Connection
While we didn't take home the trophy in the Non-Profit category for best float, we walked away with something far more valuable: the warmth of community connection and the knowledge that we're not alone on this journey.
Every wave from the crowd, every cheer shouted from the sidewalk, reinforced what we already know—now more than ever, women need to take care of themselves, and we are a community that is stronger together.
Gratitude in Action
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to:
Our sponsors who made our parade participation possible
Our volunteers who gave their time, energy, and creativity to bring our float to life
Every person who came out to cheer us on and celebrate with the Hendersonville community
Your support means everything to us. It's what allows Women Supporting Women in Middle TN to continue providing resources, connection, and hope to women throughout our region.
Looking Forward Together
As we move through this holiday season and into the new year, we're reminded that showing up for one another—whether at a parade, a support group meeting, or in the quiet moments when someone needs a listening ear—is what builds the foundation of a strong, resilient community.
We may not have won a prize, but we gained something better: another beautiful memory of women supporting women, families supporting families, and a community coming together in the spirit of the season.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We can't wait to see what we'll accomplish together in 2026.
